Setting Up Your HopSkipDrive Caregiver Account

If you are signing up with HopSkipDrive to schedule and manage rides yourself, follow the steps below to set up your account.

  1. Download the HopSkipDrive Caregiver app.
     
  2. Tap Create account.
     
  3. Enter your phone number. You will receive a verification code. Enter the code to confirm your phone number.
     
  4. Review the Terms of use. If you agree, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap I Accept the Terms of Use.
     
  5. Enter your address. We ask for your address at this stage to confirm that HopSkipDrive is available in your area. You'll be able to add additional addresses for scheduling rides later on.


     
  6. Enter your name and email address, then set a secure password. Tap Create account. 
     

Your account is created. You can now add your first rider to begin scheduling rides. Learn how to add a Rider in this article.
