To ensure the safety of our riders, all CareDrivers in the District of Columbia must complete a Child Protection Register (CPR) Check through the D.C. Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA). This check determines whether you have a record of substantiated child abuse or neglect within the District.
Important: The DC CFSA now uses a fully paperless, electronic application process. Hand-delivered, mailed, or faxed applications are no longer accepted.
