How to obtain the OKC Fingerprint Compliance Advanced Qualification
Follow the steps below to obtain the Advanced Qualification.
1. Email HopSkipDrive to request code
If you are interested in obtaining this Advanced Qualification, email clearance@hopskipdrive.com. Our team will provide an authorization code that allows you to complete this process at no cost to you.
2. Schedule your appointment
Once you receive your instructional email and personal code, visit the IdentoGO portal to schedule your appointment.
- Service Code: Ensure 111VVQ (Retail Services FBI - Identity History Check) is displayed at the top of the page.
- Reason for Request: Select Personal Review.
3. Payment & cost coverage
When prompted for payment on the IdentoGO site, do not enter credit card information.
- Select Coupon Code or "Authorization Code.
- Enter the unique code sent to you by the Certification Team to ensure the cost is covered by HopSkipDrive.
4. Attend your appointment
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to your selected IdentoGO location.
5. Upload your documents
After your appointment is finished, upload the requested documents from your appointment into your CareDriver portal. This allows our team to verify your progress and finalize your qualification.
