About changing your address
There are two pieces of address information associated with your CareDriver profile: your mailing address and your driving ZIP code. For most CareDrivers, the ZIP code of your mailing address will be the same as your driving ZIP code, but it is possible to use a mailing address that does not match your driving ZIP code.
Mailing address
The mailing address on your profile is used for tax documentation and, in California, for drug test delivery. It is important to keep your mailing address up to date. To update your mailing address, submit a change of address form as described below.
Driving ZIP code
Your driving ZIP code is the area where you are certified to claim and complete rides with HopSkipDrive. If you move and want to begin driving in a different area, you must submit a change of address form as described below. Depending on the requirements in the new area, you may need to complete additional requirements to be certified to drive there.
How to update your address or driving ZIP code
To change your mailing address, driving ZIP code, or both, follow the steps below:
In Account, tap Account Details.
Tap Mailing Address.
- Complete and submit the form. On the form, you will be able to indicate whether you are updating your mailing address, your driving ZIP code, or both.
