How Do I Update My Email Address?

To update the email associated with your HopSkipDrive CareDriver account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the side menu and tap View Profile.



  2. Tap Account Details, then tap Email.

  3. Enter your new email address and tap Save. When prompted, tap Yes, Confirm Email to confirm the change.



  4. Check the new email address for an email with a confirmation link. Your email will not be changed if you do not click the confirmation link and verify your email.
