All California CareDrivers must regularly complete a Tuberculosis (TB) assessment and medical exam. You may complete these requirements with your Primary Care Physician or a clinic of your choice, such as a CVS Minute Clinic. Please note that HopSkipDrive does not cover the cost of these exams.

Where you can schedule
- Make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician, or
- Visit a local clinic such as a CVS Minute Clinic, urgent care, or other community clinic.
What to bring
- Print and bring this authorization packet.
