You will be notified when a CareDriver is on the way to pick up your rider. You'll get a message with a link to live ride monitoring in the Caregiver app.
Tap the link to see the CareDriver's current location, name, picture, and the make, model, color and license plate number of the car they will be driving. We recommend sharing this information with your child to help them find the correct CareDriver.
Notifications for your rider
If appropriate for your rider, we also recommend adding your rider's phone number to their rider profile so they can receive ride information directly, as well as a link to the Track My Ride page. Learn more about Track my Ride for riders in this article.
Recognizing the CareDriver at pickup
All CareDrivers will have orange HopSkipDrive decals on their cars, and many will wear HopSkipDrive t-shirts (though this is not required). When they arrive, the CareDriver will tell the rider the secret code word to confirm they are the correct CareDriver.
