When your CareDriver account is deactivated and you lose access to the HopSkipDrive platform, you will receive an email explaining the decision. If you do not agree with the decision, you can submit a request for appeal within 10 calendar days from the date of the deactivation email.
How it works:
- CareDrivers must submit the appeal request within 10 calendar days from the date of the deactivation email. Appeal requests must be submitted through the appeal form linked in the email.
- For deactivated CareDrivers who do not submit the appeal request within 10 calendar days from the date of the deactivation email, the deactivation decision will be deemed final at the end of the 10-day period.
- HopSkipDrive makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of the parties involved in the deactivation decision and protect the identity of a complainant (if applicable).
- HopSkipDrive will review the information provided in your appeal form and respond within 30 days from the date of submission.
- CareDriver accounts will remain suspended pending resolution of the appeal.
- CareDriver accounts are only eligible to go through the appeal process once. If a CareDriver account that at one point was reactivated after an appeal is later again deactivated, that account will not be eligible to appeal that subsequent deactivation.
