If you are a CareDriver who moves to a new area and continues to drive with HopSkipDrive, there may be costs associated with becoming certified to drive in the new market. HopSkipDrive will credit you for some of these costs just as we do for initial onboarding costs.
You are eligible for credits after you complete your first ride in the new area. Keep in mind that onboarding requirements, processes, and costs vary by location, so check the relevant certification information for the new area.
How to request a credit:
To request a credit for a cost incurred while onboarding in a new area, submit this credit request form after completing your first ride.
- You must submit a separate form for each credit request.
- You must submit your credit request within 60 days of completing your first ride.
- Processing typically takes 2-3 business days after we receive your request.
