Each rider account must have at least one designated caregiver.
If you monitor rides managed by a school district or other organization, you can add an additional caregiver to your rider's account. A rider's caregiver can:
- Monitor and cancel rides in the HopSkipDrive app
- Cancel rides by calling HopSkipDrive Support
- Receive ride notifications
To add another caregiver, contact the organization that manages your rider's rides or call HopSkipDrive Support at 844-HOP-SKIP.
If you manage and schedule rides yourself, your account is limited to one caregiver. However, other parents or guardians may create their own individual HopSkipDrive accounts to schedule and monitor rides for the rider.
