To leave a positive or negative review about your experience with a CareDriver, use the rating feature in the HopSkipDrive app.
At the end of a ride, you'll see a screen in the Caregiver app prompting you to give the CareDriver a rating out of three stars.
If you leave a one-star or three-star review, you can add a short message explaining your rating.
