For safety reasons, you may only have one vehicle associated with your HopSkipDrive account at a time, and may only use the vehicle on your profile to perform HopSkipDrive rides.
If you need to use a different vehicle, you can update the vehicle on your profile in the HopSkipDrive app. You may make a short-term vehicle change (up to 30 days) or a long-term vehicle change. Any vehicle used for HopSkipDrive rides must meet all HopSkipDrive vehicle requirements.
Please note that vehicle updates take up to 2 business days to process. You can keep using your current vehicle while the update is being processed. If you can't keep using the vehicle, any claimed rides in the next 2 days will be canceled.
