If you have recently uploaded an up-to-date document, you can check the status of the document in the app.
- On the side menu, tap View profile.
- Tap Documents.
- Review the status of your documents. They may be:

Up to date: No action needed. The document is valid and up to date.

In review: No action required. Your new document has been uploaded and is being reviewed by the team. Expect review to take 1-3 business days.

Expiring soon: documents appear in this section when they are expiring in the next 30 days. To avoid your account being paused for expired documents, upload your new documents as soon as you can.

Expired: upload a valid version of any documents listed here immediately. Please keep in mind that your document will take 1-3 days to be reviewed and approved after you have uploaded it.

Up to date: No action needed. The document is valid and up to date.
