When it's time to get in your car and drive to pick up your first rider, follow the steps below to start your ride.
- After checking in, tap I'm on my way! to see key ride information including:
- Suggested leave time
- Rider notes
- Booster seat requirements
- Pickup and drop-off locations and notes
Note: It is important to check whether any riders have a Must Be Met tag. Riders with this tag must be left with a responsible adult. Learn more about dropping off a rider who must be met here. 
- When you're ready to leave, tap I'm on my way!
- Tap Start navigation to open directions to the pickup location.
