When it's time to get in your car and drive to pick up your first rider, follow the steps below to start your ride.

After checking in, tap I'm on my way! to see key ride information including:
- Suggested leave time.
- Rider details. Tap Review more rider details to see all the information you may need during the ride.
- Required equipment, such as booster seats.

Pickup and drop-off locations and notes.
Note: It is important to check whether any riders have a Must Be Met requirement. Riders with this requirement must be left with a responsible adult. Learn more about dropping off a rider who must be met here.
