When completing a ride as a Rider Assistant, you will meet the CareDriver at a designated pickup spot to begin the ride.
The address of the meeting spot is shown in your app after you check in for the ride. To navigate there, copy the address and use the navigation app of your choice to get directions. There is no navigation built in to the app for Rider Assistants.
