When completing a ride as a Rider Assistant, you will meet the CareDriver at a designated pickup spot to begin the ride.
When you check in for a ride, you'll see a message pop up with the address of the meeting spot. To navigate there, copy the address and use the navigation app of your choice to get directions. There is no navigation built in to the app for Rider Assistants.
When you arrive, return to the HopSkipDrive CareDriver app to continue the ride.
Tip: If you need to copy the address again after closing the message, you can find it in the ride details. You may need to scroll down to see the full address.
