When you reach the pickup or drop-off location during a ride, tap I've arrived to begin the pickup or drop-off process.
If you don't see the button when you reach your destination, it may be for one of the following reasons:

You are not yet close enough to the location. Continue driving to the address indicated in the app. You will see the button appear when you get closer.
- HopSkipDrive is not receiving accurate location data from your phone and you have arrived at the location very early. If this happens, the I've arrived button will appear closer to the scheduled arrival time.
