Why did I receive this message?
You'll receive a message when our system is not receiving location data from your phone through the CareDriver app. Accurate location information is an important part of HopSkipDrive's commitment to safety.
What do I do when I receive this message?
Do not interact with your phone until it is safe to do so. When you are safely stopped, close and re-open the CareDriver app to refresh the location tracking.
