When you reach the pickup or drop-off location during a ride, swipe Arrived at pickup or Arrived at drop-off to begin the pickup or drop-off process.
If you don't see the button when you reach your destination, it may be for one of the following reasons:

You are not yet close enough to the location. Continue driving to the address indicated in the app. You will see the button appear when you get closer.
- HopSkipDrive is not receiving accurate location data from your phone and you have arrived at the location very early. If this happens, the Arrived at pickup or Arrived at drop-off option will appear closer to the scheduled arrival time.
