When you have successfully picked up all riders, it's time to drive to drop-off. Driving to drop-off is very similar to driving to pickup. Follow the steps below:
- Check whether any of your riders have a Must Be Met tag. Riders with this tag must be met by an adult. Learn more here.
- Review the location instructions and rider notes. These instructions may have important information about how and where to drop off riders.
- Tap Start Navigation to open Google Maps and begin navigating to the drop-off location.

When you reach the drop-off location, tap I've arrived.
Note: Be sure to follow any specific directions in the Location instructions. For example, you may need to drive to a specific part of the parking lot or use a certain driveway.
