Why did I get a text message saying the CareDriver is here early?
As a caregiver or ride organizer, you will be automatically notified when the CareDriver arrives. However, this does not change the start time of the ride. As noted in the text message you'll receive, your rider does not need to meet the CareDriver until the scheduled pickup time. The CareDriver will wait until the scheduled pickup time.
Will I be charged a wait fee if the CareDriver is early?
If a rider is not at the pickup location, ride organizers will be charged a wait fee when the CareDriver waits for longer than ten minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Ride organizers will not be charged a wait fee for time the CareDriver spends waiting before the scheduled pickup time.
Will the CareDriver drop my rider off early?
No, CareDrivers are instructed to follow the scheduled drop-off times. This is to ensure rider safety.
