To track the ride progress in real time, you can check the ride in the HopSkipDrive Caregiver app. To see the most up to date status and ETA for a ride, follow the steps below:
In My Rides, tap the ride you are interested in.
On the map, you can see the CareDriver's current location and an updated ETA when they will arrive at the next stop.
