Riders whose rides are managed by a school district or similar organization receive a unique link to the Track My Ride page for each ride. Learn more about the Track My Ride page in this article. Your rider can expect to receive this link 60-90 minutes before the start of the ride.
If your rider did not receive the Track My Ride link before a ride, it may be for one of the following reasons:

Your rider does not have a phone number added to their rider profile. You can check your rider's profile information in the HopSkipDrive app and add a phone number if desired. Learn how here.

The phone number on your rider's profile is the same as your phone number or another caregiver's phone number. Because the Track My Ride page is intended for riders, the system does not send the link to caregiver phone numbers. If you'd like your rider to receive the link, add a phone number to their profile as explained here.
- Your rider's rides are not managed by a school district or similar organization. The Track My Ride page is currently available only for these riders.
