You can monitor a HopSkipDrive ride from beginning to end in the HopSkipDrive app and contact the CareDriver at any time if you have questions or concerns.
To monitor a ride in real time, on the My Rides screen, tap the desired ride. Rides that are currently in progress will be marked with the word Now.
As the CareDriver drives to the pickup location, you can see their location on the map, as well as the estimated arrival time at pickup.

Once the CareDriver has picked up your rider, you can see the location of the car on the map and the estimated drop-off time.
Contacting the CareDriver
If you have questions or concerns about the ride, you can contact the CareDriver directly by text or phone call. To contact the CareDriver, tap Contact CareDriver.
Keep in mind that the CareDriver may not answer the phone or respond to texts while driving.
