If you need to change the Rider Assistant assigned to a ride, you can remove the assigned Rider Assistant and assign a new Rider Assistant.
You can remove a Rider Assistant any time before the Rider Assistant is picked up.

Follow the steps below to remove an assigned Rider Assistant from a ride:
- On the Rides page, select the desired ride.
- Under Rider Assistant, click Remove.

- The Rider Assistant will be notified by text message that they have been removed from the ride and the changes will be visible in the driver's app. Please assign a new Rider Assistant as soon as possible.
