While performing a ride, you may receive a message like the one below:
HopSkipDrive: Did you pick up your Rider(s)? Don’t forget to update the app! Please contact support if you need help.
You'll receive this message when you have arrived at the pickup location and begun to drive away without recording that you have picked up the Rider(s). We send this message to remind you to record the pickup in the app.
- If you are having trouble finding the Rider, tap I can't find the Rider and follow the instructions in the app. If you have followed all the steps and the timer has run out, you can continue with the ride. Read more here.
