As you complete rides, you'll see notes in the CareDriver app with additional information. Learn about the types of notes you'll see and where to find them below.
Location instructions
Location instructions are notes written by the Ride Organizer with details about how to find the location, where to pick up or drop off riders, and any special steps that may be needed. 
Pickup or Drop-off instructions
Pickup or Drop-off Instructions are instructions for a specific rider at a specific location. Ride Organizers add these notes when a rider requires different instructions than others at the same location. For example, a student in a special program may need to be picked up at a different part of the building than other students. Learn more here.
Most riders will not have specific pickup or drop-off instructions. In this case, refer to the main Location Notes and Rider Notes.
Rider notes
Rider Notes are written by the Ride Organizer or the caregiver and give details or helpful information about the rider. It is important to read the rider notes and follow any special instructions.

Where to find Location Instructions and Rider Notes
You can access location instructions and rider notes throughout the ride. We encourage you to check them before beginning the ride and at each step to ensure you follow them accurately.
Before checking in for a ride, you can see location instructions for all pickup and drop-off locations. Tap the notes icon to see rider notes.
During the ride, you'll see location instructions and rider notes when you arrive at the pickup and drop-off locations. Scroll to see complete notes. 
When in doubt, never leave a rider alone at the drop-off location. Please call Safe Ride Support at 844-HOP-SKIP or the Ride Organizer via the app to confirm.
