How Do I Reset my Password?

If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password for the HopSkipDrive app, follow the steps below:



  1. Open the HopSkipDrive app and tap Log in.

  2. Tap Forgot password.

    Login screen with fields for email and password. A "Forgot password" link is below the login button.

  3. Enter your email and tap Send.

    "Forgot password?" screen with a field to enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

  4. Check your inbox for an email with a link to create a new password. Tap the link and create a new password that is at least eight characters long and contains one capital letter and one number.

  5. Enter your new password again to confirm, then tap Submit.

  6. Open the app and log in using your new password.
