When completing a ride with HopSkipDrive, tap Start Navigation to open directions to the next location on the ride. 
CareDrivers are not required to drive the mapped route. However, before choosing a different route, you should be aware that the Safe Ride Support team keeps track of all rides in real time. Because driving an unexpected route could indicate a safety concern, you may be contacted by Safe Ride Support if you do so.
If you incur a toll while driving a route other than the mapped route, the cost will not be reimbursed. Learn more about toll reimbursement here.
