When attempting to call a Rider, Caregiver, or Ride Organizer through the CareDriver app, you may hear the following message:
Unable to connect call. We are sorry, but the number you are using is not recognized by our system. Please wait on the line and you will be connected to support to resolve this issue.
You will hear this message when you attempt to contact someone through the HopSkipDrive app from a phone number that is not associated with a HopSkipDrive account. This can happen when the phone number you used when signing up for your HopSkipDrive account is a Google Voice number.
To resolve this issue so you can contact other HopSkipDrive users, email driversupport@hopskipdrive.com to update the phone number on your profile to your cell phone number.
iPhone users will hear this message when the Show my caller ID option is turned off. Turn this setting on to enable the system to recognize your number and connect the call. Click here for instructions from Apple Support.
