Safe Ride Support is available for in-the-moment support whenever rides are scheduled. If you do not have an active ride at the time you call, you will automatically be routed to CareDriver support for assistance.
For general questions when you are not on a ride:
For questions about payment, ride claiming, issues with the app, and other general questions, email, call, or chat with CareDriver Support.

When should I contact Support?
Call Support if you experience any of the following situations during a ride:

A rider, caregiver, or Ride Organizer asks you to make changes to the ride. Do not add or remove riders, change or add pickup or drop-off locations, or change the timing of a ride unless authorized by HopSkipDrive Support.

You're not sure if you can safely leave a rider at drop-off. If the area seems unsafe or you can't locate the adult who is supposed to meet a rider, call Support for help.

You are involved in a collision. If you experience any type of crash, no matter how big or small, contact HopSkipDrive Support before leaving the scene of the accident.

If you need to cancel a ride within 90 minutes of when it is scheduled to begin, call Support as soon as possible.
- If you ever suspect a child is being neglected or abused, you may be legally required as a Mandated Reporter to report this to the authorities. Learn more about reporting abuse or neglect.
