How does insurance coverage work?
Once the crash is reported, HopSkipDrive will work with the CareDriver to obtain any information that was collected at the scene. HopSkipDrive will then file a claim with the insurance carrier. They'll review the claim to determine if coverage is available and contact you within 2 to 3 business days. If physical damage coverage is available to you, you'll be responsible for a $1,000 deductible.
