If you know that your Rider will be late to pickup for a ride, please communicate this as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay, the CareDriver may need to leave to get to another ride on time. Prompt communication is important to ensure all Riders get where they need to go.
If you know your Rider will be late:
- Call or text Safe Ride Support at 844-467-7547 to inform them the Rider will be late.
- You can also contact the CareDriver directly through the Caregiver app.
