HopSkipDrive has partnered with the Arizona Department of Child Services (ADCS) for the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas. To gain access to these rides, CareDrivers and Rider Assistants must meet additional requirements to obtain the ADCS Advanced Qualification.
Review the requirements and steps below based on your role to get started. If you have both roles, you can choose to obtain the AQ as both a Rider Assistant and a CareDriver by completing the requirements for each role.
CareDrivers
To obtain the ADCS Advanced Qualification as a CareDriver, you will need to complete and clear a drug test at no cost to you. Follow the steps below:
- Email driversupport@hopskipdrive.com to request entry into the ADCS Advanced Qualification process.
- When your entry has been processed, you will receive instructions via email on how to schedule your drug testing appointment.
- Attend your appointment. The drug test is provided at zero cost to you, and results typically take 2 to 5 business days to return.
- Once your results are cleared, HopSkipDrive will activate the ADCS Advanced Qualification on your profile, unlocking access to ADCS rides.
Rider Assistants
To obtain the ADCS Advanced Qualification as a Rider Assistant, you must hold a valid Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
If you current hold a valid Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, follow the steps below to add the ADCS AQ to your profile:
