Complete and sign the Academy 20 form. Once we receive your interest form, we'll send you a form from Academy 20 to complete and sign.
- Get fingerprinted again with IdentoGo. After your signed Academy 20 form is received, we'll send you instructions for scheduling a new fingerprint appointment with IdentoGo.
After you submit the interest form, watch your email for next steps on completing your Academy 20 form and scheduling your IdentoGo fingerprinting appointment. You won't need to do anything else until you hear from HopSkipDrive.
