Plan ahead: check the time and location where you'll meet the CareDriver so you can plan to leave on time to arrive promptly. You can find the meeting time and general location in the ride details. After you check in for the ride, the full address will become available.
Learn about the rider: to help you prepare for the ride, scroll to the bottom of the page to read the rider details. You'll see information about any specific rider needs that can help you have a successful ride. Tap Review more rider details to see all rider information.
