Rider Assistant rides include an adult Rider Assistant who sits in the back of the vehicle and provides one-on-one support for a rider.
This article explains what to do if you cannot find the Rider Assistant at pickup.

- Tap the phone icon to call or text the Rider Assistant. Your phone number and the Rider Assistant's phone number will be masked to protect your privacy.
- If you're not able to locate the Rider Assistant, tap I can't find Rider Assistant. This will connect you to the Specialty Transportation Team for assistance.
