To see a list of all rides currently scheduled for your rider, open the My Rides page in the HopSkipDrive app.
Tap an individual ride to see more details, make changes, or cancel.
Text message updates
You will receive a text message with detailed schedule information, including dates, times, and pickup and drop-off locations as rides are scheduled for your rider. Once the ride is in progress, you'll receive updates on the ride status. Learn more about notifications in this article.
