HopSkipDrive will keep you informed about rides scheduled for your rider via the HopSkipDrive app and text message updates.
View scheduled rides in the HopSkipDrive app
To see a list of all rides currently scheduled for your rider, open the My Rides page in the HopSkipDrive app. You can see the dates and times of upcoming rides for all riders you monitor, as well as the pickup and drop-off addresses for the ride.
If you don't see rides for your rider, you may need to accept the school district's invitation to monitor rides. Learn more about setting up your HopSkipDrive account here.
From the My Rides page, tap an individual ride to see more details or cancel the ride if it isn't needed. Learn more about how to cancel a ride as a caregiver in this article.
Text message updates
You will receive a text message with detailed schedule information, including dates, times, and pickup and drop-off locations as rides are scheduled for your rider. Once the ride is in progress, you'll receive updates on the ride status. Learn more about what text message notifications you'll receive in this article.
