When attempting to contact a CareDriver you may see the following message:
Automated reply: The number you are using is not recognized by our system. Please contact support to resolve this issue. DO NOT REPLY to this message.
You will receive this message when the phone number you are using to text someone through the HopSkipDrive app is not associated with a HopSkipDrive account. This can happen when the phone number you used to sign up for HopSkipDrive is a Google Voice account. For iPhone
To resolve this issue so you are able to contact CareDrivers during the ride, update the phone number on your profile to your cell phone number. Learn how to update your profile phone number in this article.
iPhone users will see this error when the Show my caller ID option is turned off. Turn this setting on to enable the system to recognize your number. Click here for instructions from Apple Support.
