If you monitor rides scheduled by your rider's school district or another organization, tap a ride to confirm whether it has been claimed. For claimed rides, you will be able to see detailed information about the CareDriver and their vehicle.
If your ride has not yet been claimed, no need to worry. As the ride time approaches, HopSkipDrive will begin to highlight the ride in the marketplace to encourage CareDrivers to claim it.
Additionally, when the CareDriver is on their way, you will receive a text message with full details including the current ETA, CareDriver photo, and vehicle information.
