CareDrivers must check in at least 60 minutes before each claimed ride, or as soon as you complete the first ride in a pair of back-to-back rides. Timely check-ins help riders and Ride Organizers know you’re on the way. If you do not check in on time, you will be removed from the ride in order to allow the ride to be claimed by another CareDriver. Repeated failures to check in may result in removal from the HopSkipDrive platform.
