WAV drivers must check in for rides between 90 and 60 minutes before the ride is scheduled to start. Drivers can check in using the HopSkipDrive app. However, if a driver is not able to check in and you can confirm that they will perform the ride, you can check a driver in for a ride via the CarePartnerTM portal.
A check-in button will become available for a ride 90 minutes before the ride starts. As the ride time approaches, the ride will be highlighted in red to indicate that action is needed.

Click Check in to confirm that the driver will complete the ride. On the ride detail page, you can see who completed the check-in:
