Faster, More Secure CareDriver Alerts
We've updated how you're notified when a CareDriver is on the way, so you get the right level of detail based on how you use the app:
- Push notification enabled: You'll get a push alert with a link to the CareDriver's photo, vehicle, and license plate details in the app.
- App installed, push notifications off: You'll get a text message with a link to those same in-app details.
- App not installed: You'll get a text message that includes the CareDriver's photo, vehicle, and license plate information directly.
Turn on push notifications in Settings for the fastest, most secure way to get CareDriver details.

Smoother, more precise live ride monitoring
As part of our continuing commitment to transparency and safety, we've revamped the live ride monitoring experience to make it smoother, more precise, and more informative. Key enhancements include:
- Estimated arrival times displayed clearly on the next stop to help you plan
- CareDriver vehicle type and license plate number displayed throughout for efficient identification at pickup and drop-off
- More visible options to contact the CareDriver or HopSkipDrive support so you can get help when you need it
- Faster map loading and more precise tracking for a smoother monitoring experience
