Note: This article is for caregivers who manage and schedule rides for their riders. Not all the information in this article applies for riders whose rides are managed by a school district or other organization. |
When can I schedule a ride with HopSkipDrive?
You can schedule HopSkipDrive rides any time between 3:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
HopSkipDrive is not an on-demand service. Instead, rides are scheduled in advance. To ensure that CareDrivers have enough time to review and select the available rides, we have the following scheduling parameters:
- Morning rides (before 10:00 AM) must be booked by 7:00 PM the night before
- Rides after 10:00AM must be booked at least eight hours in advance
Where will HopSkipDrive take my rider?
You can use HopSkipDrive to get your rider anywhere you need them to go! CareDrivers will drive to and from schools, camps, malls, parks, houses... almost anywhere! The one place HopSkipDrive is not able to drive is the airport.
In order to reduce any confusion, we do ask that you use an exact address when scheduling your rides. If you have any trouble doing this, let our support team know at support@hopskipdrive.com!
