Washington House Bill 2076 requires all CareDrivers in Washington to receive workers' compensation coverage starting January 1, 2023.
Workers' compensation coverage covers CareDrivers while driving with the app, and can include medical care directly related to a CareDriver's covered injury; potential partial wage replacement; return-to- work help; and disability or pension payments for the severely injured.
