How will I know if a snow day has been declared?
If we declare a snow day, we will alert you via text message and will cancel your ride(s) for you. HopSkipDrive snow day cancellations are not bound by the cancellation policy. Parents will not be charged for canceled rides, nor will you be compensated for these cancellations. We want to ensure all Riders and CareDrivers stay safe and avoid potentially dangerous driving conditions.
