When attempting to contact a Rider, Caregiver, or Ride Organizer through the CareDriver app, you may see the following message:
Automated message: Your message could not be sent to this number. Please contact support if you need help. DO NOT REPLY to this message.
You will receive this message when the user you are trying to text does not have a valid number. When this happens, HopSkipDrive is alerted to the invalid number and will work to resolve the issue. If you need help, contact support via chat or phone.
