After each ride you complete with HopSkipDrive, you have the opportunity to rate the ride and complete a post-ride survey. HopSkipDrive reviews all comments regularly and we appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback! Please use the survey to provide any information we can use to improve future rides.
If you're not able to take the time to complete a survey right after the ride ends, you can email driversupport@hopskipdrive.com to submit feedback any time.
What to include in survey comments
We appreciate information about non-emergency issues and notes about how to improve the ride experience. This could include:
- Suggestions for more accurate notes, such as information about how to find the correct apartment building or correcting an inaccurate gate code. Please include as much detailed information as possible.
- Notes about the rider for future rides, such as music preferences.
- General feedback about the ride experience.
| Note: updates to account information must always be confirmed with a Ride Organizer or a caregiver. This means it may take some time for information or suggestions you provide to appear in the app. |
What NOT to include in survey comments
Although we read all responses, they should not be used to communicate any serious or emergency issues or information that is required to complete the ride.
Please do not use the survey option for concerns like:
- Incorrect pickup or drop-off address
- Incorrect birthday listed in the app
- Serious rider behavior concerns or rider well-being concerns
- Serious issues during the ride such as a flat tire or collision
