From time to time, HopSkipDrive offers certain promotions. Each promotion has its own requirements and timeline, which you can read about on the Promotions page of the CareDriver app.
Promotions payments are issued the week following the end of the promotion period. Each Monday you will receive an earnings summary email listing your earnings for the previous Monday-Sunday period, including any promotions, reimbursements, or other fees. Check this email to see whether promotion payments will be included in your next deposit. You can also review your weekly earnings, including promotions payments, on the History page in the CareDriver app.
You should see the deposit in your bank account by the end of the day each Wednesday.
Bonuses and Earnings Guarantees
When reviewing your earnings, keep in mind the difference between a bonus and an earnings guarantee.
- A bonus payment is a payment of a certain amount in addition to any ride earnings. You will see a payment of the full bonus amount as a lump sum.
- An earnings guarantee is a guarantee that you will earn at least a certain amount, including ride earnings. You will see a payment of however much of the guaranteed amount you did not earn from rides. If you earn the full guaranteed amount in ride fares, you will not receive an additional promotions payment. Learn more about earnings guarantees here.
