CareDriver Milestones are a promotion that HopSkipDrive offers to celebrate CareDrivers’ success and consistency. Each time you reach a new Milestone, you’ll receive a surprise reward.

How do I sign up for Milestones?
You are eligible for Milestones when you complete a ride.
How can I see my progress toward the next Milestone?
You can see the Milestones you have achieved and your progress toward the next Milestone on the Promotions page in the CareDriver app. All completed rides or paid cancelled rides count toward Milestones.
When will I receive my Milestone reward?
When you reach a Milestone, you will earn a surprise reward in recognition of your impact. Once you reach a Milestone, look for an email with instructions for redeeming your surprise!
You must claim your milestone reward within 14 days of receiving the milestone reward notification email. We will not be able to fulfill reward redemption requests received after the 14 day claiming period.
