As a CareDriver, you can view your earnings in four locations:
- The home screen in the CareDriver App
- The Weekly Earnings tab
- The Ride History Page
- Weekly Earnings emails
View your earnings on the Home Screen
You can see a quick summary of your earnings and driving statistics on the Home page of the CareDriver app.
Swipe left and right to see your summarized information by day, week, and month. You'll see:

Trips completed: the total number of rides you claimed and completed.

On-time arrivals: the total number of rides for which you tapped I've arrived on time.

Rider helped: total number of riders you transported.
- Driver cancels: total number of rides you canceled. This number does not include rides canceled because the rider was not present. This number does include rides you canceled more than 12 hours ahead of time. However, rides you cancel at least 12 hours ahead of time do not count as last-minute cancellations and do not impact your last-minute cancellation metrics in CareDriver Trends.
View your earnings on the Weekly Earnings Tab
On the Weekly Earnings Tab, you can see the following information:
- A summary of past earnings by week
- Earnings for the current week so far
- Estimated total earnings for the current week
Use this tab for a general overview of weekly totals. To access the Weekly Earnings Tab, tap Weekly Earnings from the Home screen.

Note: If you see a warning prompting you to connect a bank account, follow the steps here to connect an account right away. If you do not have a bank account connected you will not be able to receive your payments.

View detailed earnings information on the Ride History page
You can see how much you earned by week or for a specific ride on the Ride History page. Tap Account, then tap Ride History. Tap a specific week to see a weekly summary of your rides and earnings.
You can see the amount you earned for individual rides by date. Any additional payments, such as promotions or toll reimbursements, will be listed under Other payments.
To see a detailed breakdown of earnings for a specific ride, tap the ride on the Weekly Report. You can then see the total payment for the ride, approximate start and end locations, and a timeline of the ride process.
View your weekly earnings summary email
Each Monday, you will receive an email with your itemized earnings for the previous Monday - Sunday. This earnings email will include any fare boost, reimbursements, manual payments, and promotions. We recommend saving these emails for future reference.
